Know what you're
actually buying.
TerpMap is a Florida medical cannabis terpene database built for patients. We collect and organize Certificate of Analysis (COA) lab data from Florida dispensaries so you can make informed decisions based on actual chemistry — not marketing labels.
This is not an attack on the industry.
Not even close. This site exists for one reason: to help you have the best experience possible based on the information that's already out there.
We as consumers asked for simplification, and the industry delivered. The indica/sativa/hybrid system is simple, easy to remember, and easy to communicate. But — like the 2,000 calorie daily recommendation on a nutrition label — there's more to it. A lot more. This site is here to help you find that "more to it" so you can dial in your experience with a little more intention.
We are genuinely, deeply appreciative of every dispensary, every cultivator, every lab technician, and every budtender who makes Florida's medical cannabis program possible. From the people growing it to the people selling it — what you do does not go unrecognized.
Thank you for allowing Florida to medically participate. That's not a small thing.
Indica. Sativa. Hybrid. These labels don't mean what you think.
The traditional classification system for cannabis was developed before modern lab testing existed. Today, a product labeled "Indica" at one dispensary may have a terpene profile that looks nothing like an "Indica" at another — or even the same strain from a different batch.
Terpenes are the actual compounds responsible for the distinct effects, aromas, and experiences associated with different strains. THC percentage tells you potency. Terpenes tell you character.
Real COA data. No spin.
Every entry in TerpMap comes from a Certificate of Analysis — the lab report dispensaries are required to publish. We log terpene percentages, batch dates, product tiers, and dispensary information so you can compare strains across time, across dispensaries, and across batches.
We don't accept payments from dispensaries. We don't promote products. We log the data.
You've already paid enough.
Between the doctor's visit and the medical card, Florida patients have spent real money just to walk through a dispensary door. TerpMap will never charge you on top of that. This site is free, and that's not changing.
But free doesn't mean free to run. Hosting, database costs, domain — it adds up, and as the database grows, so do the costs. TerpMap is run by one person, working a full-time job, carving out time whenever possible to keep Florida patients informed. There's no team. No funding. Just a genuine belief that you deserve better information than a color-coded label.
To help cover costs, we may in the future display ads or enter referral arrangements — if that ever happens, it will be clearly disclosed before you click anything.
No dispensary pays to be listed on TerpMap. No brand pays for placement or favorable coverage. The data stays honest regardless.
Florida dispensaries, systematically logged.
We're working through Florida's licensed medical dispensaries one at a time. Current coverage includes Jungle Boys, MÜV, Curaleaf, and Green Dragon, with more being added regularly.
